Recently I went to Auckland for a mini holiday to visit a few of my best friends and I had the best time! It was the first time that I had really visited the city rather than just passing through. My trip basically consisted of art, coffee and sight seeing. Loved it all!!

It really was such a wonderful night that ended in dancing, singing and taking a heap of photos! High School is finally over forever, Victoria University here I come!

FINAL DAYS...

So my VERY last day at school tomorrow... I don't know how I feel about it. Kind of sad but kind of excited for what the future holds! I have prizegiving tomorrow afternoon and then Graduation dinner at night. This is what I'm planning to wear at the dinner. The dress is vintage and I'm lucky enough to be borrowing it off a friend who has kindly lent it to me for the night. Now to decide on lip colour and gold or silver earrings... Any preferences?

FIFTEENTH OF AUGUST

Yay! Finally got this perfume that I've been wanting ever since it came out! Love you Mum and Dad haha

So as I said, here are some of the lovely presents that I received for my birthday... I had such an amazing day and I couldn't ask for better family and friends! I really am so blessed. I went to Empire Teahouse for afternoon tea just with the girls and drank coffee/tea and ate chocolate cake. Didn't really get the chance to take photos unfortunately but I think there's some group photos on Sara's camera which I'll get off her. And for dinner we went out to an Italian restaurant called Portifino where I had my first "legal" glass of Chardonnay  along with the best chicken fettucine! Thank you to everyone who made my day so special! XX

The cutest cherub necklace from two of my best friends. They engraved our initials on the back.

AND ONE OF THE BEST PRESENTS EVER!! Would you believe it, it actually SNOWED on my birthday! The first time in New Plymouth in 73 years! Was absolutely incredible!! Freezed my toes off taking these photos but who cares when there's SNOWWWW!!! Was the first time I've ever been somewhere where it's snowing as well!

MOVES LIKE JAGGER

I had multiple names for this post including: "Night" and "Hair" because seriously, how freaking long is my hair getting? I've been needing a haircut for a long time... Shouldn't admit to this but the last time I got it cut was 9 months ago! Yes, 9... I'm going to book a hair appointment in the very near future but I'm always so reluctant for the chop because I'm scared of having half my hair cut off. And it's taken me so long to grow! I'm thinking of getting it thinned heaps (because it's so thick and gives me a headache sometimes when I have it tied up...),  having my fringe straightened up and getting lots of long layers throughout and having the front layered quite a bit. Yeah that doesn't really make sense... So well done if you have just understood that! Ok I better go to sleep... I'm ranting. Meh.
